We are very proud to say that we are one of the very few factories that provide dust-free plant. The reason why we spend extra money and resources to build the clean room is that we want to make sure no dust, flying bugs or any other possible pollutant would come in and affect the flatness and neat surface of the ACP. So you may notice that we really care about the quality of products and work on details.

A2/B1 Class Fireproof ACP with maximum 2 mm width

We keep pace with the changing technologies and introduced the very advanced production line. Our extruder has a 180 screw and the ratio of the main engine and reduction drive is 40:1 so that it can produce A2-class Fireproof Acp and of course B-class. Our roller is 2.4 meter wide and can produce maximum 2.03 wide ACP. We are one of the few manufactories in China or even worldwide which can produce A2-class fireproof ACP with 2-meter width.

The company covers an area of more than 5000 square meters of standardized production workshop, have more than 100 employees, and imported aluminum composite panel production line from Taiwan, which is more efficiency, high automation, excellent fire performance, and achieve full digital control. This production line is one of the few manufactories in China or even worldwide which can produce A2-class Fireproof ACP with 2-meter width.
